Frobite is a freeze-dried fruit snack brand operated by Taste Trail Foods, based in Australia. You can reach us any time at info@tastetrailfoods.com.au.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the items you buy.

Account details: your email address and password (stored securely and never visible to us), plus your saved cart and order history.

Enquiries: anything you send us through our contact or wholesale forms.

Website usage: technical information needed to operate and protect the website; optional marketing is described below.

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, and your card information goes directly to them.

To take payment, pack and deliver your order, and keep you updated about it.

To manage your account, saved cart and any subscription you set up.

To answer your questions and provide customer support.

Newsletter signup requests news and offers only for the named brand. We don’t sell your email address or share it for other companies’ marketing. Trusted providers help us manage and send our emails. Newsletter requests are stored in Lovable Cloud; no newsletter sender or unsubscribe-link service is configured yet. Unsubscribe anytime through our contact page at https://tastetrailfoods.com.au/#/contact, naming your email address and brand. Cookie consent is separate.

We only share what is needed with the services that help us run the shop: our payment provider, our delivery and fulfilment partners, providers assisting with email and website operations and our website hosting provider.

We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Your information is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections and access controls. Some of our providers store data overseas; contact us for information about the providers we use.

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email info@tastetrailfoods.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Necessary cookies keep your basket and sign-in working. Meta marketing runs only if you accept it, and only on selected general pages (home, about, shop, flavours) of all five brands — the Immunis home page only — never on product, health-related, basket, checkout, account, form or other sensitive pages. It runs in a short-lived isolated frame (removed within about 10 seconds, or as soon as you move to another page) that sends Meta a page view without the page address; Meta still receives your browser, device and IP information and can tell which of our websites you are on, and data may be processed overseas. Your choice is kept separately on each website and carries between our sites when you use our own menus. Withdrawing takes effect immediately on that site and its open tabs, and on sites you reached through our menus from their next page (a frame already running there ends within about 10 seconds); if you are offline, it reaches other sites once you reconnect. New explicit optional marketing consent covers Taste Trail Foods, Golden Kernel Co, Yan & Yum, Frobite and Immunis for 180 days; old acceptance does not enable it. No newsletter emails or matching data are sent to Meta. Use Cookie settings to withdraw; Global Privacy Control keeps marketing off. If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, let you know by email.
